PRE-RAPHAELITES reproductions

The Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood or Pre-Raphaelites was founded in 1848 by Millais, Rossetti and Hunt, and was a group of English painters and poets. They moved away from Mannerist ( late Renaissance) ideology and style, and therefore conceived the name Pre-Raphaelite : as in before Raphael.
The most influential artists of the movement are William Holman Hunt, John Everett Millais and Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
