NEO-CLASSICISM reproductions

Neo-Classicism was based on classical art, usually Greek or Roman and was present from the mid 18th to the end of the 19th century. Neo-Classical paintings are boldly coloured and veer from the pastel coloured Rococo style. The era also greatly influenced the Art Deco style.
The main representatives of Neo-Classicism were Jacques-Louis David and Jean Auguste Ingres as well as the Italian artist Canova.
